Rob and Amanda - Thanks for inviting Built By Design into your backyard vision. After walking the property with you and hearing how your family wants to live outside, we put together this concept to show what your space could become. Everything on this page reflects the conversations we've had so far, and we're excited to take the next step with you.
Your goal is simple but ambitious: one backyard that works for the whole family. A space where the kids can play while you unwind - whether that's an evening around the fire pit, a soak in the hot tub, the game on under the covered patio, or a few putts as the sun sets over the course. Rather than a collection of separate features, this concept ties everything together into a single outdoor living environment your family will actually use, year after year.
The one item to resolve before design work begins is a property survey to confirm your set-backs and establish exactly where your property line ends along the course.
